Supply chain management and ERP software provider NGC Software has released a vendor compliance version of its Andromeda cloud platform to help fashion retailers and brands ensure CSR compliance by streamlining vendor management.

Andromeda Vendor Compliance helps manage important government-mandated compliance regulations through standardised forms and scheduling, including, but not limited to, Conflict Minerals, REACH, and Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) for compliance under European Union regulations.

The platform enables retailers and brands to establish and maintain four key areas of CSR: transparency; accountability; responsible sourcing; and worker non-retaliation. It does so by establishing and maintaining guidelines, on-boarding vendors with the proper procedures to provide full transparency, communicating with all third-party vendors and suppliers, and storing and managing all signed compliance documents.

The platform also analyses vendor performance in a number of categories, generates scorecards based upon performance over time, and creates and manages Corrective Action Plans.
