Oxford Industries, the owner of the Tommy Bahama and Lilly Pulitzer brands, has promoted Scott Grassmyer to the position of executive vice president of finance, CFO and controller.

Grassmyer, who joined the firm as controller in 2002, has held the roles of vice president of finance, senior vice president, and then CFO for Oxford in 2011. In his last position he was senior vice president of finance.

CEO Thomas Chubb, said: "Scott joined Oxford just as we were embarking on our transformation from a private label manufacturer to a company focused on lifestyle brands.

"Among his many contributions was the key role he played in our acquisitions and integrations of Tommy Bahama and Lilly Pulitzer. The promotion to executive vice president is an affirmation of the very important role that Scott plays within the company."

Oxford also promoted Thomas Campbell to executive vice president of law and administration, general counsel and secretary from his current senior vice president role.
