Apparel group Perry Ellis International Inc has entered into a license deal with LUPO International for the manufacture and distribution of Mondo di Marco men's dress and casual shoes within the US and Canada.

The shoes, which are made in Italy, will be launched in better department and specialty stores in time for spring 2006.

Rachel Barnett, president of licensing for Perry Ellis International, said that the range would "accentuate the brand's modern approach to Italian styling".
