French luxury goods group PPR is expanding its executive committee as part of its plans to better integrate the apparel group, which includes luxury brands like Gucci and the Puma sportswear line.

Chairman and CEO François-Henri Pinault today (16 February) said the new membership will lead to a closer working relationship between executives. "The new top management team reflects the diversity and consistency of the PPR Group," he said.

The committee will now include Patrizio di Marco and Marco Bizzarri, chairmen and CEOs of Gucci and Bottega Veneta, respectively, as well as Puma CEO Franz Koch. It will also include PPR group managing director Jean-François Palus and recently appointed CFO Jean-Marc Duplaix.
