PremiumWear, Inc (Nasdaq: WEAR) today announced that it has licensed from Jockey International, Inc exclusive rights to market men's and women's knit and woven shirts, sweaters, pants, shorts, outerwear, windshirts and headwear bearing the Jockey brand to the corporate/advertising specialty market in the United States and Canada. PremiumWear expects to start shipping a Jockey apparel collection in the first quarter of 2001. The initial license agreement is for seven years including renewal periods.

In just the past month, we have expanded our product offerings through this agreement as well as a license for the Field & Stream brand and the acquisition of the Pickering golf label."
