Outdoor sports lifestyle company Quiksilver has appointed three new members to its board of directors.

Laurent Boix-Vives, Timothy Harmon and Charles Exon are all joining the board as of 1 December.

Boix-Vives served as chairman and chief executive officer of Skis Rossignol until the business was combined with Quiksilver earlier this year.

Harmon served as president and chief merchandising officer of teen retailer Pacific Sunwear until June this year.

Exon joined Quiksilver in August of 2000 as secretary, general counsel and executive vice president, business and legal affairs - international.

Douglas Ammerman was previously appointed to the board on 3 June.
