Japan's top robot designer has announced his company will now be selling or renting out the world's most advanced fashion mannequin from Tokyo-based Flower Robotics.

These extraordinarily advanced dummies carry sensors that can detect people around them, turn towards customers, and assume appropriate positions.

The humanoid also possess an "intelligent system" that records audience reactions and helps them learn over time which poses are likely to generate a positive response.

"Motion design software" also allows the user to design and programme a specific series of poses.

Pallete is available to rent at JPY300,000 (US$3,100) a day or to purchase at JPY5m.
