A fashion industry seminar focusing on contemporary tailoring is set to take place next month to explain how the latest products, practices, processes and research can help suppliers make better tailored garments more efficiently and satisfy the design, fit and care requirements of today's consumers.

Organised by ASBCI (the Association of Suppliers to the British Clothing Industry), the event will bring together speakers from Savile Row bespoke tailor Henry Poole Limited, Marks & Spencer, corporate clothing specialist Incorporatewear, and sizing specialist Alvanon. They will join technical speakers from the design, fine-fabric, interlining, pressing, cleaning, sourcing and logistics sectors.

Entitled: 'Suits you? - Industry trends in contemporary tailoring', the seminar is being held at the Barnsdale Lodge Hotel, Rutland Water on Tuesday 11 October.
