Starix Collection Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Malaysia-based investment company Sequoia Holdings Berhad, has bought a 64% stake in UK-based apparel supplier Twoagentsee International Ltd.

According to a company statement, Starix paid GBP960,000 (US$1.87m) for the share in Twoagentsee, which designs, markets and distributes apparel and related products.

Sequoia, which specialises in high fashion wear, said the acquisition gives it access to Twoagentsee's design team and is in line with its plan to expand into the European market.
