Speakers from Crocs Shoes, DIM/DB Apparel and Nash International are among those lined up to discuss issues related to omni-channel retail, supplier collaboration and preserving margins at a sourcing summit next week.

The European Retail & Fashion Supply Chain Summit is being hosted by GT Nexus, and has the theme of "Solving the paradox of global sourcing in retail: increasing customer service and margins simultaneously."

DIM/DB Apparel, owner of brands such as DIM, Playtex, Lovable, Nur Die, Abanderado and Wonderbra, will discuss ways to use a collaborative platform to improve supply chain effectiveness.

Crocs will showcase the ability to preserve margins during periods of intense growth.

And Europe-based global garment solutions provider Nash International will share best practices for EU brands and retailers to increase direct sourcing.

"European retailers and brands continue to face immense pressures from consumers and the supply chain," said Kurt Cavano, founder and chief strategy officer at GT Nexus.

"Visibility and collaboration are essential to meeting consumer demands while preserving margins. We'll be gathering in Lille to share insights and best practices for supply chain execution in today's omnichannel environment."

The European Retail & Fashion Summit, which draws supply chain and finance executives from fashion brands, retailers and wholesalers, takes place at EuraTechnologies, Lille, France. Click here for more information.
