South African retailer, the Rex Trueform Group, has plans to open 50 unisex fashion stores across Australia. The stores will be part of the group's Queenspark retail chain.

On 11 April 2001, the director of Queenspark Australia, Andrew Shub, said that the success of the group's Castle Towers shopping centre store in Sydney had encouraged it to plan further expansion. The Castle Towers Queenspark store has been in operation since mid-February 2001.

Shub said that the group plans to open up to 20 stores within five years, and then expand to between 40 and 50 within ten years. Early expansion plans are focused on sites in Sydney and Melbourne.
