The line-up for this year’s Prime Source Forum in Hong Kong features senior executives from VF Corp, PVH, Under Armour, New Balance, Adidas and TAL Apparel, who will discuss sourcing in Africa, the impact the changing global retailing landscape, environmental issues, and materials innovation.

The annual forum brings together top executives and thought leaders from across the apparel industry. As well as Hong Kong and mainland China, speakers will also include representatives from India, Kenya and Bangladesh.

Sessions will look at the impact the changing global retailing landscape is likely to have on sourcing strategies; Africa’s potential as a global sourcing hub; the implications of more stringent environmental requirements; and ongoing efforts to improve safety in Bangladesh garment factories.

There will also be case-study presentations on high performance sportswear; sourcing risks; materials innovation; changes in biocide regulations; and manufacturing in China.
