Clothing and footwear retailer Sprider says it plans to spend around €11 million on developing its retail portfolio and aims to become the largest retailer of everyday clothing and footwear in Greece.

Sprider has six new outlets planned for 2005, and aims to refurbish eight of its current locations.

The company is owned by the Haji-Ioannou group and presently has a store chain of 33 locations in Greece.
