Steven Madden Ltd (Nasdaq: SHOO), a leading designer, wholesaler and marketer of fashion footwear for women and children, today announced it plans to open a new retail store in Boca Raton, Florida. The new store will represent the opening of the company's sixty-sixth retail store nationwide.

The company's new 1,458 square foot retail location will carry the
complete Steve Madden shoe line and will feature a wide selection of licensed products, including accessories and leather sportswear. The new Boca Raton store will be located in the Boca Raton Town Center Mall, one of the area's leading shopping destinations as it is heavily trafficked by both community residents as well as tourists. The mall features six major department stores and 180 specialty stores in 1.23m sq ft of leasable space. The store is scheduled to open in the beginning of December and standard promotional activities are planned.
