Australian activewear retailer Stylerunner has selected NetSuite's omnichannel SuiteCommerce software to help modernise its B2C (business-to-consumer) e-commerce and business operations.

Stylerunner, which was founded in 2012, has grown from 11 brands to almost 50 and shipping to 65 countries. The company is planning further global expansion, including developing international distribution centres to improve inventory management and lower shipping expenses.

The new software replaces four software systems and numerous Excel spreadsheets, and will help the company run its entire business from one unified cloud commerce platform and manage end-to-end business processes including ecommerce, financials, inventory management, order management, marketing, customer service and support. As well as contributing scalability and flexibility, it will also enable a 360-degree view of the omni-channel customer.

"Given the rapidity of our expansion, we need flexible, access-anywhere architecture to be able to accommodate our medium-term growth plans, while guaranteeing simple and cost-effective add-on functionality as and when we expand into new territories and retail channels," said Julie Stevanja, co-founder of Stylerunner.
