Sessions on the circular economy, re-imagining textile manufacturing, how to verify product claims, cotton sustainability and collaboration are among the highlights at this year's upcoming Textile Exchange Sustainability Conference.

Taking place in Istanbul, Turkey from 11-13 November, the event is working to the theme of "Sustainability: The Future is Now."

It will bring together industry stakeholders - delegates include executives from Burberry, C&A, Tommy Hilfiger, Eddie Bauer - and feature a range of sessions covering the entire value chain from raw fibre and chemical inputs to dynamic business models.

Themes will include strategy, design and materials, sourcing and supply chain, chemistry and processing, and indexes and standards.

In addition to the main conference, Textile Exchange will host the pre-conference Annual Organic Cotton Roundtable on 11 November. There will also be a post-conference tour of the Topkapi spinning and knitting factory in Northern Istanbul on 14 November.
