Tommy Bahama has teamed up with technology firm FiftyOne Global Ecommerce to launch a global online platform to expand its international reach.

Under the partnership, the lifestyle company will be able to ship its products to more than 100 countries.

Tommy Bahama, which operates 98 retail stores, started its international expansion earlier this year by opening stores in Macau and Singapore. Additional retail stores are planned for Hong Kong, Tokyo and other markets.

In addition, the company has created a new international fit for customers in different countries.

"The launch of this next phase in our international strategy will give Tommy Bahama the ability to reach more customers around the world with our relaxed lifestyle message," said Doug Wood, president and COO of Tommy Bahama.
