Belgian lingerie manufacturer Van de Velde has set up a new sales organisation called Osedis to develop its sales networks in France and Germany, and is hoping for a 6 per cent increase in revenues in 2002.

The company told its general shareholders' meeting yesterday that its wants sales to reach 90 million euro this year.

Van de Velde produces lingerie under the brand names Marie Jo, Marie Jo L'Aventure, Marie Jo L'Exclusive and Prima Donna. It has production units in Hungary and Tunisia and about 3,000 sales offices worldwide.
