Lingerie retailer Victoria's Secret has filed a lawsuit against Intertex Apparel Ltd and Macy's Inc for allegedly infringing its Pink brand of sweat pants, T-shirts and pyjamas aimed at high school aged girls.
The filing in the US District Court in New York says the Pinkish label and logo sold by New York-based apparel maker and importer Intertex and department store Macy's is too similar to Victoria's Secret's own Pink line.

It wants Macy's and Intertex to stop making and selling the apparel and to destroy Pinkish clothes and promotional materials.
