Intimate apparel maker Wolford AG has announced plans to take over nine Wolford retail sites in Austria previously managed by the Palmers group.

The company, which operates 20 own-brand boutiques, factory outlets and shop-in-shop locations across the country, will take control of flagship stores at Schwechat Airport and Kranzlmarkt in Salzburg as part of the move.

According to the company, the ownership change will not affect employees at the nine stores.

Meanwhile, Palmers will retain 11 Wolford sites, while two further boutiques will continue to be run by other partners.
