"Jim's involvement with XDOGS reaffirms our analysis of the significant opportunities for growth that exist within our business model," added Rodriguez.

For the past five years Jim has been president of Multi-Sport Venture Partners, Inc, ("MVP") a Denver-based consulting company. MVP's clients include le coq sportif, Asics, Pearl Izumi, and Trek. Prior to MVP, Jim worked with Descente, Ltd, for over twenty years, most recently as president and CEO of the Arena swimwear brand, as well as senior vice president of Descente America, Inc. His responsibilities included the development of niche markets in swimming, skiing, cycling, tennis, golf, triathlon, and other active lifestyle sports, the development of dealer networks, strategic planning for brand marketing, and promotions with the US Olympic teams as well as grass roots events.

"Jim's international experience and his success with global brands like Descente Ltd, Arena, and le coq sportif, will serve as a terrific foundation to build the Oxbow brand in the North American marketplace," said Philippe de Vilmorin, president and chief executive officer of Oxbow, Ltd, based in Bordeaux, France. "His knowledge of the North American specialty retail market will be valuable in increasing the retail outlets that carry the Oxbow collections," added Mr de Vilmorin. Oxbow is a manufacturer of surfing, snowboarding, motocross racing, windsurfing, and lifestyle and active sports apparel, equipment and accessories in Europe.

"Jim's knowledge and experience in the outdoor industry will assist the management team of XDOGS in positioning Berghaus to compete with Patagonia, Marmot, and Mountain Hardware in the North American marketplace. We are excited to be able to work with Jim," said Mark Held, Berghaus' brand development director. Berghaus is one of Europe's leading manufacturers and distributors of extreme and active performance sports apparel, equipment and accessories, and is based in the United Kingdom.

"XDOGS has a vision for success that I find very compelling," said Mr Johnston. "Brand identity, built on technical performance and design will continue to drive the future of the American active outdoor lifestyle, as consumers seek fresh personal and distinctive messages from their brands."

XDOGS, Inc owns and continues to build a portfolio of well-branded, best in class, European apparel and accessories that espouse an active outdoor lifestyle for distribution in North America.
