CC Filson selects PLM to boost speed to market

US outdoor clothing retailer CC Filson has invested in a new product lifecycle management (PLM) solution to shorten product development cycles and improve their time to market.
The Seattle-based privately-owned company designs, manufactures, distributes and sells men's and women's outdoor clothing, accessories and luggage.
"We are now implementing YuniquePLM In The Cloud and are excited to have a process that allows our company greater visibility and effortless communication among our internal and external manufacturing teams," says Steve Bock, CEO of CC Filson. "Having one source to manage all of our product development enables us to manage our calendars and costing more efficiently."
Gerber Technology's YuniquePLM is the first PLM system for the apparel industry available in the cloud and will also allow CC Filson to further both internal and external collaboration.
