Technology firm Lectra has promoted Bruno Mattia as director of strategic fashion accounts, to drive the company's relationships with key customers around the world.

The appointment is part of a development plan introduced at the beginning of the year. Reporting directly to Lectra CEO Daniel Harari, Mattia will be based at the company's headquarters in Paris.

"Bruno's 15 years of experience in the management of major projects, including PLM projects in the fashion, automotive and energy markets, will enable Lectra to take a new step in the development of its partnership strategy with major fashion companies," said Harari.

Since joining Lectra in 2006, Mattia has been responsible for strategic projects for the fashion market, mainly in charge of implementing Lectra Fashion PLM.

He previously served as senior consultant and project director within the PLM Branch of IBM Global Services, in charge of international projects.
