French fur company Hotel Particulier, has invested in a new product lifecycle management (PLM) solution to help improve quality and boost time to market.
The heritage brand has become the first French company to select YuniquePLM In The Cloud by Gerber Technology.
"In order to provide the fur trade with a high-quality product, the software behind the scenes needs to match," explains Eddy Rizal, CEO of Hotel Particulier. "YuniquePLM In The Cloud will allow us to have more effective management of the product development cycle, while simultaneously improving product quality."
By implementing YuniquePLM In The Cloud, Hotel Particulier will have effective management of their product lifecycle by improving communications of product status and data with its integrated how-to-measure guides, style and image versioning and auto generation of comments. Comparative workflow views also allow for a more streamlined operation across all channels.
YuniquePLM is the first PLM system for the apparel industry available in the cloud, and Bill Brewster, vice president and general manager, enterprise software solutions for Gerber Technology, says Hotel Particulier will notice an immediate shift in how timely and efficient its online tracking will become.
"The user-friendly interface and tangible usability features are sure to make user adoption quick and simple," he adds.
