The company, which supplies technical and functional inner/mid/outerwear designed for active outdoor use and for public sector workers like forest guards and police, has manufacturing sites worldwide and is currently expanding into the Asian and the North American markets.

Faced with a growing business and increasing competition, Grifone wanted to streamline its business processes, provide transparency over the whole supply chain and integrate supply chain partners.

The two-step implementation led by Lawson partner Softlab began with product structures, order entries and release of production orders, and was followed by finance and logistics.

"One of our major business goals is to achieve operational business performance and to deliver best service to our customers," explains Grifone general manager Pere Agell.

"Using the warehouse integration module we benefit already from current data for our warehousing and logistics. In addition the visibility of key information at model level with size and colours has simplified for Grifone the processes of creating new models.
