British luxury road-cycling lifestyle brand, Rapha, has enhanced its product capabilities following the implementation of a cloud-based PLM platform.

The system, provided by WFX, tackles issues the company experienced during the rapid expansion of the number of products and suppliers that were part of its development processes.

Rapha was recently appointed as the official clothing supplier of the Sky Pro Cycling team - a move that more than doubled the number of products the brand offers.

The system implemented by WFX allows the entire product process to be accessible from anywhere with internet access.

"Progressing to a PLM system was a logical step for Rapha, given the growth in the product range and the complexities of managing it effectively," explained Simon Huntsman, head of product at Rapha.
