Blog: Leonie BarrieLevi's iPod jeans pics

Way back in January, Levi Strauss revealed it was developing jeans that would be compatible with iPod portable music players. Well the first pictures of the jeans are now available – and I thought you’d like to see them. They’re called RedWire DLX Jeans, and not surprisingly there’s a red conductive ribbon that connects to the iPod. There’s also a special joystick control built in to the jeans’ watch pocket. The jeans will cost around US$250, and most important for the practically minded, they’re machine washable – once the iPod is removed of course.
