This is a great – but sadly unintentional, I fear – anti-counterfeiting ploy. Louis Vuitton’s spring-summer 07 collection includes bags that closely resemble the plaid red-blue-white bags regularly carried by poor Chinese farmers. And not surprisingly, it seems this is one trend the pirates are unlikely to rip off.
