UK: M&S Celebrates Big Jump In Apparel Sales
British high street giant Marks & Spencer on Wednesday confirmed it was well on the way to recovery after its recent troubles as it posted a 10.6 per cent jump in fourth quarter like-for-like sales. The country's largest clothing retailer said apparel sales surged 16.5 per cent mainly thanks to strong interest in its Per Una range and its range of womenswear sold under the "perfect" banner.
