US plastic clogs maker Crocs has appointed Jeff Lasher as its new chief financial officer.
Lasher has served as Crocs’ principal accounting officer and interim principal financial officer since January 2011, and also as the company’s corporate controller since June 2009.
John McCarvel, president and chief executive officer, said: “After an extensive search, the management team and board of directors came to the unanimous decision that Jeff was the best candidate to serve as our chief financial officer. In addition to his financial background and prior experience with publicly held companies, Jeff brings a deep understanding of our global business to this critical role. Furthermore, he has lived in Colorado for more than 10 years and has a strong attachment to the local community.”
