ISRAEL: Tefron Q4 Loss Widens On Restructuring Charges
Leading producer of seamless intimate apparel Tefron Ltd on Thursday revealed it more than doubled its fourth quarter net loss as it was hit by restructuring charges and one-time expenses related to its wholly-owned US facility. The Bnei-Brak based company, which makes lingerie for leading brands such as Victoria's Secret, Gap, Banana Republic, Target, Nike, JC Penney, and Adidas, posted a net loss of $3.5 million compared to $1.4m in 2001.
