Adding to the texture, the fibres’ matte finish also highlights an opaque look, offering mills and brands expanded creative possibilities for developing fabric with natural fibre aesthetics.

The innovation will debut in denim at Kingpins Amsterdam, October 15-16 and expand into woven and home textiles in 2026.

The new blend enables new possibilities in warp yarn, traditionally cotton-dominated, while maintaining the processing efficiency that manufacturers require.
