The deal brings Marquee Brands’ portfolio to 19 brands with a combined retail value of $4.5bn. Stance, founded in 2009, is known for its premium materials, design-led collections and collaborations with athletes, musicians and cultural figures.
Its long-standing licensing partnerships include the NBA, MLB, Disney, Marvel, Star Wars and Warner Bros. Discovery.

As part of the acquisition, Marquee Brands has entered a global licensing partnership with United Legwear & Apparel Co. (ULAC), which will oversee Stance’s core categories, socks and underwear, across menswear, womenswear and childrenswear.
ULAC, which manages distribution in more than 40 countries, will handle design, development, retail, ecommerce and wholesale operations outside China.
