As part of the partnership, Interloop will take a seat on Fashion for Good’s Innovation Committee and contribute to its technology-scouting priorities. It will also participate in foundational projects and collaborative pilots, using the organisation’s network of brands, industry partners and funders to connect with emerging technologies and their developers.
The arrangement will allow Interloop to assess potential solutions before considering implementation, including their technical readiness, likely impact and relevance to its operations.

Fashion for Good is an innovation platform that connects brands, retailers, suppliers, technology developers and funders. It was launched in 2017 to support innovation and changes in the fashion industry.
In August this year, the organisation launched Project DW(O)R-X to compare alternatives to PFAS-based durable water- and oil-repellent finishes. The project is intended to produce comparable data on emerging chemistries to support sourcing decisions and technology assessments.
