By GlobalDataLeading Swedish clothing retailer, JC, on Friday reported sales of 216.8 million Swedish crowns ($20.5m) for October 2001 - a year-on-year increase of 6.5 per cent. Sales for the 10 months to October 31, 2001 came in at 1.9 billion crowns ($180.1m), up 9.7 per cent on the same period last year. The company said it expected the rising sales trend to continue over the next few months.
