South Korean fibre manufacturer Hyosung has partnered with Turkey-based textile firm Bossa to launch a collection of bi-stretch denim using new proprietary technology.
The Xplay collection uses Creora Fit 2, a technology that uses a Creora yarn for 360 degree stretch, offering a more sleek and flattering fit, the companies say.
“We developed Creora Fit 2 four-way stretch to meet consumer’s needs, looking for better fit and silhouette,” says David Jang, Creora marketing manager for denim. “We partnered with Bossa to develop next generation of denim as consumers will realise its value as soon as they start wearing it.”
Bossa is one of Turkey’s largest integrated textile companies with production facilities in Adana. The company offers products and services in its range of yarn, dyeing, weaving, and denim finishing processes.
“Our reputation was built on innovation and delivering unique consumer value,” adds Müge Tunceren, product development and marketing manager of Bossa. “Creora Fit 2 has allowed us to create the Xplay bi-stretch collection for the most flattering yet comfortable fitting denim. We are targeting brands and retailers who want to enhance consumer loyalty through better fit and superior comfort.”
The new range will be on show at Denim Premiere Vision, taking place from 14-15 November at the Paris Event Center, Porte de la Villette.
