California based men’s wear maker JB Britches/Alpha Design Group (ADG) has invested in a new product lifecycle management (PLM) system to help support its business growth.
Headquartered in Simi Valley, with offices in New York, Seattle, and Italy, JB Britches is a third generation, family owned and operated company. JB Britches/ADG produces men’s tailored suits, trousers, sports coats, casual pants, woven and knit shirts, knit sweaters, outerwear, and shorts.

JB Britches/Alpha Design Group will implement Visual Next’s PLM and its End2End suite of fashion business software to manage design, sourcing, production and sales.
“One of the main challenges with the growth of our business has been organising all the moving parts of design, production, and shipping into a flow with operational efficiency. We are looking forward to using a robust fully integrated system like Visual Next to take us into the future and support our business growth for decades to come,” said Ara Bedrosian, CEO of JB Britches/ADG.
Bedrosian added the company will be “aggressively pursuing” new business and is looking to acquire new brands, either by license or ownership. “We have ownership stakes in factories in Italy and Mexico and we’re looking at new opportunities in the US as an investment.”
