AUSTRALIA: Woolstock Australia To Be Wound Up Next Year
WoolStock Australia, which was set-up in 1999 to oversee the sale of the remaining five million bales of Australia's wool stockpile, could be wound up by April next year. Speaking at the company's annual general meeting today, chairman Donald McGauchie told shareholders that a liquidator would be appointed at the final annual general meeting planned for April next year to wind up the company and distribute the final proceeds.
