The partners have created a dedicated platform intended to support Dockers’ reach into new retail and cultural environments across Central America, Ecuador, the Andean region, and selected Caribbean markets.

The collaboration aims to pair Dockers’ global recognition with IAC’s regional expertise, including retail relationships and insight into consumer preferences.
Authentic stated that the partnership will “drive meaningful growth” while maintaining “strong market relevance.”
The company entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the intellectual property of Dockers from Levi Strauss & Co. in May last year.
