RFID tag retailer Daily RFID has launched its latest hang tag designed for inventory management in the clothing industry.
The tag is designed to attach to clothes using rope ties, rather than being sewn into them, for easier removal at checkout. It supports multi-detection and has a flexible read/write range from 10cm to 4m, in measures to help cut down theft.
A company statement said: “With auto-ID UHF tracking technology, the clothing RFID hang tag provides all kinds of benefits in apparel inventory management and tracking projects. By using RFID clothing tracking system, it is easy to identify whether other size and colours are available, as well as the place where the particular clothing is at in the store or warehouse.”
