Chinese apparel supply chain company Ever-Glory International Group has announced the resignation of its chief financial officer and corporate secretary Yan Guo, who will be replaced by Jiansong Wang.
A statement said that Guo’s resignation was due to personal reasons and not the result of any disagreement with the company.
“Yan has been a highly valued member of our management team and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors” said Edward Yihua Kang, chairman and chief executive officer of Ever-Glory. “Mr Jiansong Wang had been serving the company with increasing responsibilities for four years.”
