As part of this strategic acquisition, E. Miroglio EAD emphasised that the integration of KBC is poised to set a “new industry standard,” strengthening the company’s historic brands: SEM (print division) and Miroglio Lana (wool and yarn dyed and solid fabrics).

The company said it aims to offer unparalleled resources and support to customers, enabling them to develop and manage their market strategies effectively.

E. Miroglio EAD further believes it is reinforcing its commitment to innovation and excellence in the textile market through this acquistion.

The company, headquartered in Sliven, Bulgaira, shared that its corporate philosophy is based on valuing human factor as a cornerstone. E. Miroglio EAD runs five factories, each dedicated to wool, circular weaving, spinning and dyeing.

The firm will also be showcasing its fabrics and yarns at Première Vision Paris trade show being held from 6-8 February 2024 at Parc des Expositions, Paris Nord Villepinte.

The exhibition is expecting nearly 1,200 international exhibitors with 73 newcomers representing spinning, weaving, tanning, designing, accessories and components.
