Women’s wear label Cache Cache, part of French fashion retail group Beaumanoir, is poised to enter the lingerie segment.

From the end of next month, it will launch a 40-piece range, initially marketed from its website.

In April this year, Cache Cache tested out the waters in the children’s wear segment offering a range of 15 T-shirts online. However, the move into lingerie appears to be a more concerted move into diversification as Cache Cache’s teams are already preparing a second collection.

Separately, Cache Cache is investing more than EUR2m (US$2.54m) this autumn in a national ad campaign which will coincide with the 25th anniversary of the company.

Cache Cache has around 1,000 stores worldwide with China (where it has over 200 outlets) being its second biggest market outside of France.
