Levi Strauss & Co has renewed its US licensing agreements for outerwear with G-III Apparel Group.

The deal builds on a 22-year partnership between the two companies, and sees the licenses renewed through 30 November 2024. They cover men’s and women’s outerwear under the Levi’s brand and men’s outerwear for the Dockers brand.

“Outerwear is an important part of the head-to-toe look that we bring to our fans,” says Marc Rosen, executive vice president and president, Levi Strauss Americas.

Levi’s men’s and women’s outerwear collections will continue to be sold in select department stores, specialty stores, and premium outerwear retailers, as well as Levi’s retail locations. Dockers men’s outerwear will be available at select department stores nationwide.

G-III Apparel Group designs, sources and markets apparel and accessories under owned, licensed and private label brands. Owned brands include DKNY, Donna Karan, Vilebrequin and GH Bass, while it also has fashion licenses under the Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Karl Lagerfeld Paris, Kenneth Cole, Cole Haan, Guess? and Vince Camuto brands.

The company is in the midst of restructuring its retail operations with the closure of all Wilsons Leather and GH Bass stores.
