The first video features Retail100’s co-founders and ex-John Lewis buyers Anna Berry and Sara Allbright offering an in-depth dive into sourcing, covering topics such as where to start, how to plan sourcing routes, create a critical path, and navigate shipping, sustainability, visas, and travel.

The subsequent “Sourcing Intelligence – Country Focus” videos explore the unique characteristics, challenges, and opportunities of sourcing from countries including Türkiye, India, Africa, Bangladesh, China, Pakistan, and Portugal.
