TexBase, a developer of cloud-based software for the apparel and textile industries, has released a new Community Portal, providing access to support features and enabling customers to better connect with fellow users.

According to the firm, the online platform streamlines the customer experience by offering on-demand access to forum discussions to share best practices, access to the latest release notes and the Texbase Tech Support blog, and allows users to manage support cases by submitting new support tickets or updating existing tickets.
