Discount retailer Family Dollar Stores Inc has promoted Scott Zucker as vice president – IT solutions delivery.
Mr Zucker, who joined Family Dollar in 2006 and most recently served as vice president of merchandise operations, will report to Josh Jewett, senior vice president for information technology, and the company’s CIO.
“Scott brings extensive experience in leading interdepartmental teams through his work with merchandising, supply chain and store operations,” said Jewett said.
“His unique blend of business and technology experience will continue to be an asset in his new role.”
