Clothing retail company Polarn O Pyret has signed up to sell its clothing in Nordstrom stores in the US in a new agreement with the US retailer.
The Swedish business, owned by RNB Retail and Brands, said its clothing would be sold in seven selected Nordstrom stores initially, before a more general roll-out.
Polarn O Pyret has also opened its first US store, located in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Mikael Solberg, CEO at RNB Retail and Brands, said the Nordstrom deal had given the company a “flying start” to its expansion in the US.
“Nordstrom’s Swedish roots and strong position and Polarn O Pyret’s strong brand, values and Swedish roots make up an exciting combination,” he added.
