In addition to membership benefits, Zalando encourages other brands on its retail platform to improve their human rights due diligence practices.

Fair Wear is an organisation committed to improving labour conditions in global supply chains, advocates for collaborative systemic change.
The approach involves brands and manufacturers joining forces with supply chain rights and stakeholders to advance worker conditions throughout the industry.
