IFCO is positioned as a B2B-focused platform linking design, manufacturing and international trade. The event spans all major apparel segments, including womenswear, menswear, kidswear, eveningwear, lingerie, denim, footwear, accessories and homewear, underlining Turkey’s breadth of production and design capabilities.

Since its launch, the apparel and fashion fair has expanded its international footprint. Across editions held between 2022 and 2025, the event hosted 3,340 exhibitors and more than 210,000 trade visitors from 165 countries.

Organisers say these figures reflect the show’s development as a platform connecting Turkish design and production with global markets, positioning IFCO 2026 as a continued meeting point for international sourcing and business development in the apparel sector.

Global buyers and decision-makers from companies such as Paul Smith (UK), Tara Jarmon (France), Perry Ellis Europe (UK) and Namshi (UAE) are among those expected to attend, alongside retailers, department stores, online platforms and distributors from Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East.

A structured B2B matchmaking programme will support sourcing and order placement across product categories.

Focus on design, occasionwear and specialist segments

A key feature of the show is The Core Istanbul in Hall 7, where 22 Turkish designers will present curated collections to international buyers. Participating designers include Özlem Süer, Mehtap Elaidi, Emre Erdemoğlu and Ceren Ocak, with the area designed to translate creative design into commercial opportunities. The Brands Area will also host established Turkish labels such as İpekyol, Jimmy Key, Kiğılı, Twist and Panço.

Specialist segments form another part of the event structure. Fashionist (Hall 5) will focus on evening, bridal and occasionwear, with brands including Carmen, Serabella, Maxra Govana, Lacrima and Doridorca. IFCO Kids (Hall 8) will spotlight children’s and babywear, featuring exhibitors such as Incity, Katamino, Loco Loco Kids and Escabel Kids. For the first time under the IFCO umbrella, Linexpo (Hall 6) will cover lingerie, hosiery, swimwear and loungewear, with brands including Monomisse, Elsima, Anıl and Artış Collection.

Knowledge programme and digital focus

Alongside sourcing, IFCO 2026 will run a seminar and trend programme in collaboration with the Istanbul Fashion Academy (IMA). Sessions will address Spring/Summer 2027/28 macro trends, sustainable growth, digital transformation and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in fashion.

Additional formats include IFCO Talks, featuring international speakers such as Benedetta Rossi Albini, and the E2B Area, which will focus on e-commerce, export strategies and digital business models. IFCO Fashion Shows will also take place as part of the wider event programme.
